Eldhestar – Volcano Horses are riding tour specialists with decades of experience in longer and shorter tours with experienced and not so experienced people, and they are located only 30 minutes from Reykjavík.
Recently the company received a top score from the travel company TripAdvisor, which puts them among only 10% of companies worldwide, receiving such a high score. To qualify for a high score like that, a certain number of guests have to give their review and score, and the total score Eldhestar got has to do with all aspects of their operation, that is the horse trips, the hotel and the restaurant.
“It’s really important for us, that the appearance of Iceland, the activities and reality are in harmony. We put great effort in presenting horse related tourism abroad and therefor it’s very enjoyable that an Icelandic company in that branch gets an important reward such as this one”, says Jelena Ohm, project manager of Horses of Iceland. “We really want to congratulate Elhestar on the amazing success!”
